You provide a loan – you receive rent

Group loan investing is an innovative way of investing that allows anyone to feel like a co-owner of real estate, benefit from its rental income, and receive profit from its sale without the need to engage large capital.

How does it work?

Investing in real estate with RentInvesto is a process that combines simplicity, intuitiveness, and transparency. It all starts with property selection – the RentInvesto team analyses the market and selects commercial properties with high potential for rental income and long-term value appreciation. Once such a property is chosen, investors are allowed to participate in financing its purchase.

Any user can join the investment by providing a loan starting from €100. The entire pool of funds is pooled, and each investor's share translates into proportional profits. Once the full amount is collected, RentInvesto officially begins purchasing the property through a notarial deed.

The security of investors' funds is a priority. Therefore, each loan is secured by a mortgage on the purchased property – an entry in Section IV of the Land and Mortgage Register is paramount. Furthermore, the entire process is overseen by an independent Mortgage Administrator, who acts in the best interests of investors, ensuring compliance with concluded agreements.

Receive monthly payouts

This is the moment when you'll feel like a co-owner of the property – after investing, you'll receive monthly payments for the duration of the loan. RentInvesto takes over property management – ​​either independently or in collaboration with professional partners – and manages its rentals. Rental income is distributed to investors proportionally to their investment share. Income is stable, predictable, and deposited directly into your account, eliminating the need for you to engage in the ongoing responsibilities of a landlord

Over time, as the property's value increases and a favourable sale opportunity arises, RentInvesto finalises the transaction. The profit from this sale – like the rental income – is transferred to the investors in accordance with their share. This naturally completes the investment cycle: rental income provides regular income, and participation in the property's appreciation becomes an additional, long-term benefit.
