Audit, lease agreement analysis and growth potential assessment. Only ready-to-go, rented properties (e.g. Żabka) make it to the app.

You invest – we handle the rest

Invest from 500 PLN, and once the project is fully funded, the property is acquired by Rentinvesto.app PSA.

Your investment is secured

Each investment is secured by an entry in section IV of the land register of the acquired property – in first place. An independent Mortgage Administrator acts on your behalf, ensuring the safety of your capital.*

Every month you receive rent

Rental income flows to your account – passively, stress-free.

After the property is sold, you receive your investment back or you can choose to continue it.
